    • Encourage engagement with UMRFA committees and stewardship in order to to build union knowledge and power across house staff.

    • Identify issues faced by house staff and come up with creative ways to win change, even if outside of the scope of our current contract.

  • Recurring Union Town Hall and “State of the Union” meetings.

  • Yearly union orientations and merch distribution for new house staff.

  • Bi-Monthly “Maintenance Fluids” Happy Hours.
