    • Monitor state of call rooms, team rooms, lounges, and other worksites and ensure compliance with standards & amenities won in the CBA

    • Identify areas to improve worksite conditions, including things like indoor air quality, badge access, reliable wifi access, and single sign on computers

Past Accomplishments

  • Dedicated lactation rooms and refrigerated milk storage.

  • Gluten-free meals at MTC and DTC cafeterias.

  • MTC resident lounge.

  • Coffee machines, cold water, computers, mics, and more!

  • The stewards of Family Medicine were also able to win:

    • Dragon voice recognition microphones at every computer in both clinic and inpatient areas.

    • Major clinic workspace upgrades for a better environment and smoother organization.
