Our constitution:

• Enshrines the objectives of our union

• Establishes unionmembership criteria

• Establishes an Executive Board of elected officers from among the members

  • Ensures our elected representatives reflect all aspects of our membership

• Lays out guidelines for elections to the Executive Board

• Lays out roles and responsibilities for different officers

• Provides an avenue for therecall of officers for misconduct

• Establishes our union’s dues rate
